The « Territoires de demain » offer gives public bodies direct access to digital and data solutions supporting the environmental and digital transitions, from needs analysis to implementation. It is delivered by a consortium led by SUEZ, with SCC and Capgemini as co-contractors, and Cerema and Apave as independent technical experts.
What it changes
The contract is executed by UGAP: the public buyer places an order without organising its own competitive tendering.
Flow measurement and people counting are among the offer's use cases; WEBREATHE contributes 2FLOW passenger counting.
The consortium's integrators manage the project, with independent technical experts available at every stage.
The offer favours interoperable systems: opened up through APIs, 2FLOW data feeds local authorities' data platforms.
